Remington College-Dallas Campus now Enrolling Students for new Pastry Arts Diploma Program
Pastries, pies and cakes are all part of the curriculum
Dallas, Texas – (September 9, 2010) – Remington College-Dallas Campus is serving up a sweet new option for students through its Pastry Arts Diploma Program.
The campus is now enrolling students for its new Pastry Arts Diploma Program. The program is designed to help people turn their taste for baking into a fun and challenging potential career.1
Students in the Pastry Arts Diploma Program will have the opportunity to learn how to create and artfully present breads, cakes and pastries. Instruction will include hands-on experience in both labs and the school’s modern commercial kitchen.
The Pastry Arts Diploma Program is led by Executive Chef Robert Bifulco, who shares 40 years of restaurant experience with his students.
“Our new Pastry Arts program is a great option for someone interested in pursuing an entry-level career as a pastry chef or those who are looking to turn baking into something more than just a hobby,” said Bifulco. 1

The Pastry Arts Diploma Program can be completed in as few as 9 months.
