Here’s a deal that can leave you looking good and feeling good about helping others: If you donate one can of food for the needy, you can get either a free haircut, manicure or pedicure at the Salon at Remington, 14801 Broadway, Maple Heights. The salon is part of Remington College’s local campus. Students in the college’s cosmetology school will provide the services under the supervision of their instructors. The offer is good through Tuesday, Nov. 30. Hours are 10:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday, and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday. Closed Sunday, Monday and Thanksgiving. For an appointment, call 216-584-2490 on days the salon is open. Walk-ins are also welcome.
