Remington College Campuses in Houston Offer Haircut, Manicure or Pedicure for Food Drive Donations

“Cuts for Cause” goal is to help feed the hungry during the holidays

Houston, Texas – (October 24, 2012) - All three Remington College campuses in Houston are holding food drives to benefit local food banks and are offering a haircut, manicure or pedicure to anyone who brings in a can of food or other non-perishable food donation.

The effort is called Cuts for Cause and will run throughout the month of November.

The salon services will be provided by students and instructors in the Remington College Cosmetology Program at each campus.

In the Greenspoint area, appointments can be made by calling 281-885-4490.

In the Westchase area, appointments can be made by calling 281-597-1000.

In the Webster area, appointments can be made by calling 281-554-1790.

Walk-ins are welcome. The Salon at Remington hours vary at each campus.

The Remington College Cosmetology Diploma Program teaches students the art of hair, skin and nail care through traditional classroom instruction and hands-on training. Students have the opportunity to work with real clients in a salon-like setting.

Remington College-North Houston Campus (Greenspoint) is located at 11310 Greens Crossing, Suite 300 in Houston.

Remington College-Houston Campus (Westchase) is located at 11340 Richmond Ave. in Houston.

Remington College-Houston Southeast Campus is located at 20985 Interstate 45 South in Webster.
