Remington College-Nashville Campus Extends “Prom Night Makeover” Program
Students can get additional complimentary salon services from May 7 – May 22
Nashville, Tenn. – (April 26, 2010) – Due to the popularity of the program, Remington College-Nashville Campus is extending its Prom Night Makeover offer. High school students can now come in for complimentary salon services from May 7 through May 22.
“Dozens of students have come in and taken advantage of our complimentary salon services, and the requests keep coming,” said Larry Collins, Remington College-Nashville Campus President. “Because of that, we’ve decided to run the program for two additional weeks so we can serve more students.”
High school students want to look their best on prom night, but not everyone can afford the cost of a trip to the salon. That’s why Remington College-Nashville Campus is offering complimentary salon services for local high school students.
The event is called Prom Night Makeover. Staff and students in the Remington College Cosmetology Program are offering several complimentary services, including:
- Haircuts
- Updos
- Manicures
- Pedicures
- Makeup
High school students in the Nashville area can visit The Student Salon at Remington, located at the Remington College-Nashville campus. Appointments are recommended and can be made by calling 615-493-9390.
Remington College’s Cosmetology program teaches students the art of hair, skin and nail care through traditional classroom instruction and hands-on training in The Student Salon at Remington, which allows students to work with real clients.
All Prom Night Makeover services will be done in the Cosmetology Department on the Remington College-Nashville Campus, located at 441 Donelson Pike, Suite 150 in Nashville.
