Remington College-Tampa Campus Offers Complimentary Salon Services for Students Headed to Prom
“Prom Night Makeover” allows students to look their best
Tampa, Fla. – (March 23, 2010) – High school students want to look their best on prom night, but not everyone can afford the cost of a trip to the salon. That’s why Remington College-Tampa Campus is offering complimentary salon services for local high school students.
The event is called Prom Night Makeover. Staff and students in the Remington College Cosmetology Program are offering several complimentary services, including:
- Haircuts
- Updos
- Manicures
- Pedicures
- Makeup
High school students in the Tampa area can visit The Salon at Remington, located at the Remington College-Tampa Campus from April 8 through April 16. Appointments are recommended and can be made by calling 813-316-4470.
“All students deserve to have a memorable prom night, and we’re happy to donate our services to make sure they look and feel their best,” said Dr. Rosalie Lampone, Remington College-Tampa Campus President.
Remington College’s Cosmetology program teaches students the art of hair, skin and nail care through traditional classroom instruction and hands-on training in the Remington College School of Cosmetology, which allows students to work with real clients.
All Prom Night Makeover services will be done in the Cosmetology Department of the Remington College-Tampa Campus, located at 6302 East Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd in Tampa.
