Remington College-Baton Rouge Campus Offers Complimentary Student Salon Services for Those Headed to Prom
Baton Rouge, La. – (March 19, 2012) – Remington College-Baton Rouge Campus is offering complimentary student salon services for local high school students headed to prom. The goal is to help students look and feel their best without having to shell out an arm and a leg for services.
The complimentary student salon services will be available from Monday, April 23 through Friday, April 27.
Staff and students in the Remington College Cosmetology Program will provide the following services:
- Updos, manicures, pedicures and makeup for girls
- Haircuts for guys
Appointments are recommended and can be made by calling 225-291-4660.
Last year Remington College provided complimentary Prom Night Makeover services for more than 750 high school students around the country.
Remington College’s Cosmetology program teaches students the art of hair, skin and nail care through traditional classroom instruction and hands-on training in Remington College School of Cosmetology, which allows students to work with real clients.
All Prom Night Makeover services will be done in the Cosmetology Department on the Remington College-Baton Rouge Campus, located at 4520 Sherwood Forest Blvd. in Baton Rouge.
